GORE-TEX footwear is designed to keep feet dry and protected through its durable waterproofness, high breathability and optimal climate comfort.

It is combined with other high quality fabrics to create a specific and unique footwear. All components (leathers, fabrics, insulation material, laces, foams and threads), as well as the entire construction of the footwear itself, are application-specific and customised for the end use.

DURABLE WATERPROOFING

The GORE-TEX membrane is made up of a microporous structure containing more than 1.4 billion microscopic pores per cm2. These pores are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, making it impossible for water to penetrate the membrane.

BREATHABILITY

On the other hand, the pores of the membrane are 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapour, making it easier for sweat to escape without affecting the waterproofing of the membrane. By preventing heat build-up, feet stay dry and warm.
